Legal basis
We process your data based on: your explicit consent, the performance of a medical treatment coordination contract, and legal obligations under Swiss federal law (FMedG, nLPD).
Data retention
Medical records are retained for a minimum of 20 years as required by Swiss law (FMedG). Personal data is anonymised upon account deletion, but anonymised clinical records are preserved for legal compliance.

Data security

Your data is stored and processed within Switzerland. No international data transfers are performed outside the Swiss jurisdiction.
